After a magical 2024 retreat on Hvar Island, Croatia, we're thrilled to partner with Hanan & Heather for another amazing adventure in Portugal!
Join us in the picturesque city of Carvoeiro located on a cove in central Algarve. It is situated on a small beach which is a stunning break along the dramatic coastline of the Algar Seco. An area of natural beauty surrounded by the ochre sandstone cliffs of the Algarve, rock formations and breathtaking views.

Our home for the week is the beautiful Villa Vale a Pena, big property that boasts 11 apartments, with a total 16 room.
Most rooms are double occupancy with 2 Twin beds.

HANAN PALZ
Hanan is a 500 E-RYT certified yoga instructor with more than 4,000 teaching hours. She is dedicated to integrating meditation, asana, and biblical truth to the practice of yoga to balance the mind, body and spirit. Her passion is to compassionately help students feel good in their bodies so that they can move freely for the rest of their lives.

Heather is as a Christ-Centered Yoga Teacher, Retreat Leader, Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and contributing author. Her holistic sessions and classes are engaging and rejuvenating, leaving one feeling balanced and inspired. Heather aims to curate memorable experiences, whether individually or collectively.
